If I could rate 0 stars I would - expressed interest in a property and requested them to contact me, a week later I called them back and asked for an update as I hadn't heard from them. I was then told they would have someone call me back ASAP to discuss it and now another week later I have heard nothing once again and the property is now let agreed.

Hello Josh, can you please give us a call and speak with the manager. I have been unable to find an application from yourself so have no details to contact you. Thanks

Spoke with Grace at this company some time ago, absolutely disgraceful customer service. Pitiful. Couldn't be less interested, barely spoke, 'don't call us, we'll call you' basically. You should be ashamed.
