GoogleIf I could rate 0 stars I would - expressed interest in a property and requested them to contact me, a week later I called them back and asked for an update as I hadn't heard from them. I was then told they would have someone call me back ASAP to discuss it and now another week later I have heard nothing once again and the property is now let agreed.

Hello Josh, can you please give us a call and speak with the manager. I have been unable to find an application from yourself so have no details to contact you. Thanks

GoogleExcellent service and communication from start to finish. Recently sold my house through Neill's and customer service impressed from initial contact in the office with Rhian, through valuation and sales brochure production by Daniel, to Marcia's regular updates throughout the actual sale. Final sale price achieved by Marcia's hard work exceeded my expectations. And their fees were less than anyone else too. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

GoogleSpoke with Grace at this company some time ago, absolutely disgraceful customer service. Pitiful. Couldn't be less interested, barely spoke, 'don't call us, we'll call you' basically. You should be ashamed.
