I have completed my sale today and have to say Andrew and the team at 365 handled the sale flawlessly. The initial valuation was spot on, great photographs were taken, and the brochure and Propertypal description marketed my property in the best possible way. Andrew handled most of the viewings, and did a thorough check on potential vendors before making recommendations to me on the best way forward. Not all estate agents are so thorough, leading to sales being delayed or falling through, so this was very much appreciated. Communication was excellent throughout the process, despite the difficulties of lockdown. If you're looking to sell a property in North Down using 365 will save you time, money and a lot of heartache. A totally professional service, great value for money and highly recommended.

Originally we went with another local agent, a lot of big promises and poor results led us to switch to 365 and we couldn't have been happier. Andrew was a gentleman from the word go. No big sales pitch, just a clear outline of the 365 service and strategy. I was kept updated at every step of the process. The house sold within one month at the original asking price. 365 are a modern estate agent, they work hours that suit your potential buyers and they go above and beyond for their customers. We used 365 Estate Agents to sell our property. Excellent service from the team from start to finish. Good quality brochure with professional photographs of the property inside and out. Andrew kept us up to date throughout the whole process. All viewings were carried out by Andrew which made the whole a lot less stressful. Even when the offer on the property had been accepted Andrew and Rosemary kept us abreast of everything to do with the sale and kept things moving. I would have no hesitation in recommending in 365 and would definitely use again.

A** estate agent. I sold my house with Andrew and from the first meeting you could tell he had done all his homework on my area. Very professional, great photography with brochure and hes an easy guy to talk to. Viewings (even in the evenings) were able to be done by Andrew in my absence as I work long hours. This resulted in more viewings and I got the offer I wanted in the end. I was kept up to date from the moment the sign went up until I said my goodbyes on completion day. I'd highly recommend using them. And Great value for money too! ......Very important :) lol
