GoogleIn 2009 I selected Belvoir Lettings in Newtownards to manage the rental of my property - a 3 bedroom semi -detached house. I chose Belvoir after an extensive review of local Estate Agents and their services. Belvoir vetted a number of tenants for me and offered a complete maangement service whereby if there were any issues that arose either with the property or with the tenants they would resolve them. Their fee was also competitive. Throughout the following three years they have managed the property in an efficient manner and I have had few if any occasions to be concerned about my property. I have therefore no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Newtownards as they have been nothing but friendly, curteous and professional throughout my time in dealing with them.

In that time, a payment was never missed, good tenants were found, every management issue sorted and any query I had was always answered rapidly. Fair quotes were found with good workmanship on all repairs. They really couldn't do enough. Whether you are a landlord or tenant, if you want total peace of mind, I wouldn't hesitate to trust these lovely people with your property.
