GoogleI would without a doubt recommend Round and Jackson. We chose them because they seemed trustworthy and friendly. And they exceeded our expectations! We sold our house through them. Firstly, the photographer they use is fantastic, the house sold within a week of putting it on the market vs other similar houses in the area with other agents . You can really tell the difference in quality between adverts put up by Round and Jackson vs other estate agents. Secondly, throughout the process we were kept informed of every little step, we didn’t even have to ask for updates!! They kept on top of solicitors and were great with communicating with our buyer. I haven’t got a bad word to say about this team.

GoogleIt is rare to find someone in property who genuinely goes above and beyond, but Tracey at Round & Jackson is in a complete league of her own. Quite frankly, our move would simply not have happened without her. Tracey wasn’t even representing us as our estate agent, yet when things stalled and the process hit friction, she single-handedly stepped up to keep communication flowing and drive the entire move across the finish line. Her work ethic, relentless tenacity, and genuine empathy saved the transaction when it mattered most. She showed far more dedication and proactive care than anyone else in the chain. We're in the process of selling our home in Essex and looking in Banbury and Lisa and Leah were fantastic! GoogleRound and Jackson have sold our last two houses. They are very proactive when selling the house but also ensure that the whole process is progressing as it should be. During our sale and purchase we were updated on all activity and any decision making that needed to take place. Round and Jackson’s have a great and helpful team Holly and Simon were key for our purchase and Tracey kept us fully informed with the progress with the solicitors/ We would definitely recommend them.

FacebookI can't thank Lisa and all the team enough. From first viewing( in the snow at great inconvenience to them I'm sure!) To my moving in day took less than a month. I know there was a United effort in making it happen from many people but without Lisa keeping me informed and chasing every little detail up it wouldn't have been anywhere near so easy. Nothing has been too much trouble and the care, kindness and efficiency has been unparalleled. Even the few little enquires after I've moved in have been dealt with immediately and with thoughtfulness. Simply amazing!

GoogleProbably the best estate agency we've ever used and we've bought and sold a lot of houses. We totally agree with the other reviews here, Holly did a fantastic job of keeping all the parties informed and on-track for a swift conclusion of the house sale, in what are currently difficult circumstances. We will definitely use Round and Jackson for any subsequent sales and would highly recommend them to anyone. Updated: we did use Round and Jackson for subsequent sales and despite a hugely protracted transaction (due to issues with title) still extremely happy. They go the extra mile and really look after the chain chasing. So important, worth every penny!

From great communication about viewings, amazing negotiations to get an offer and be sure it was genuine, and effectively doing the job of my solicitor to keep me updated and push the sale through to completion everyone far exceeded my expectations and made the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been. GoogleI cannot put into words how brilliant Round and Jackson have been during the sale of my property. The whole team have been so supportive throughout the process. Holly looked after my sale and consistently managed and communicated the progress every step of the way. I felt like my sale was as important to her as it was to me. With what can be, at times, a stressful process, Holly took time to reassure me, updating me at every opportunity (even while out of office at times) and making sure the sale progressed and ensuring completion was successful. GoogleRound & Jackson was the third estate agent we enlisted to help sell our house, and their performance stood in stark contrast to the previous two agents. While with the first two agents our house remained on the market for months on end, Round & Jackson found our lovely buyers and secured a sale at a very satisfactory price within a month. They were also exceptional in ensuring the sale was completed promptly. Throughout the process, we had regular communication with them, ranging from weekly updates to daily calls towards the end, which ensured everything proceeded smoothly. We wholeheartedly recommend Round & Jackson. Our only regret is that we didn’t approach them at the start of our selling journey.

Round & Jackson are a local, independent team who really understand this, they are passionate and dedicated to provide support throughout the process and actively strive to reduce stress and worries. Putting our property on the market was sleek, we were invited to input and were given constructive advice on every aspect. When receiving our draft details, we were delighted to see that the marketing not only gave an accurate representation of our property but also, they were written and presented uniquely to our property. Viewings were carried out with the upmost professionalism with the whole team committed to ensure that potential buyers could view at their convenience with timely feedback sought after every viewing. We have sold our property at a time when the property market is incredibly busy, however Round & Jackson were still able to ensure that the sale went through as timely as possible, having a clear handle at all times on exactly what stage in the process we were at and that we were kept updated. No query or question was ever too much trouble for them to answer and they were incredibly approachable and proactive in ensuring that the process was as straightforward as it could be for both us and the buyers of our property. The photographer they recommended is brilliant at showing off your property, is a great price and does a quick turnaround. Paige, our primary lead, was fantastic, going above and beyond when it went down to the wire for our exchange and completion (due to solicitors issues). She kept us informed and worked tirelessly to get us moved on the day we needed. She kept our spirits up and there was no query too small for her to respond to. If you are looking to sell and/or buy in the Banbury area, we would recommend Round and Jackson every time!
