GoogleFrankly fed up! We bought our house over 2 years ago and ever since we moved in we have had problems with the bathroom. It’s never taken seriously and it’s a “well wait until it happens again” to redesign the bathrooms which is what the first ever emergency plumber that came said needed to be done. And of course they wait until we are now out of warranty so they do not care! Sat here tonight with sewerage currently coming up through the bathtub and toilet and sink unuseable as no water will go down! I’ve been on hold to the emergency line for 20min and when I flagged there was an issue yet again 3 weeks ago their suggestion was to send someone out on 6th May… more than a week away and looks what’s happened! Avoid like the plague they clearly can’t build houses! Especially functioning bathrooms!
