GoogleWhen our mum took ill and moved to live with one of us we needed to sell her house. We didn’t know where to start and I arranged a few viewings with estate agents. The minute Chris came into mums house I knew he was the agent for us. He was so respectful and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. From start to finish Chris and Caroline were totally professional yet approachable. When we had any queries they were easy to reach and answered our questions. We were dreading selling as we’d never done anything like this before but with Chris and Shooter Property Services the whole experience was stress free. We feel Chris went above and beyond our expectations and we had a very positive pleasant experience while dealing with this Company. Thank you Chris Boyce and Caroline McConkey. I would recommend landlords, buyers, seller and those wishing to rent to avoid this company. Unprofessional, slow to respond, tell you they will contact you or they will do something and they don't. Had to pay £800 more than originally agreed for deposit, had to pay for cleaning of our rental property as it was filthy, had to pay for or carry out many repairs ourselves and have been waiting weeks for their "handy man" to fix several issues. He failed to ring us, failed to show up and now emails are going un answered. Endless excuses...fed up and glad we only signed for 6 months and not a year.

YellUnacceptable behaviour
Have never been talked down to so rudely in all my life because I was 25 mins late to collect keys for new house and sign papers, a mere 5 minute job. Disgusting attitude especially given that office wasn’t even busy. Member of staff would need to learn some basic manners.

GoogleRang to "confirm appointment" for a viewing 2mins after the agreed time for us to be there. Then had to wait for them to leave the office and drive the 25mins to the property. On previous viewings they have arrived 15mins late and on every occasion have not known what land/outbuildings were included in the sale.

Possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with! They drag every process out to the very last and constantly come back with random issues, when they decide to come back that is! Avoid at all costs. All they are after is money and have no consideration for people! Avoid Avoid Avoid!
