Leanne (Branch Manager) and her team were professional, proactive, and genuinely dedicated to achieving the best possible result for me. Communication was excellent, I was kept updated every step of the way, and any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly. They handled viewings seamlessly, marketed my property brilliantly, and negotiated the sale with real skill. What stood out was the personal touch: I never felt like “just another client.” They took the time to understand my needs, worked tirelessly on my behalf, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We purchased our property through Quinn Estate Agents and I couldn't recommend them enough. From the very first viewing, Leanne (Banbridge branch) was professional and very knowledgeable; it was evident that Leanne had taken time to get to know the owners as she was able to tell us little details about the house that gave it that personal touch. Being pregnant at the time, we were a little stressed about whether we would be moved into our new home before our baby arrived, but Leanne went over and above and took so much of the stress out of it for us. Leanne kept us updated throughout the entire process and her kind and friendly personality and professionalism let us feel at ease and thanks to her we got moved in in plenty of time. I would recommend Quinn's property every time I am asked who too use for selling houses. I sold my house with them a short time ago and I couldn't been happier with them. From beginning to end Leanne made the process of completing the sale of the house as hassle free as anyone could possibly wish..From organising the viewings of the properties to answering any questions and responding to queries in double quick time, nothing was too much trouble... She even gave great advice on where to go to purchase furniture in Banbridge!. An example of someone willing to go above and beyond in her duty to her client. Hi, I can’t say enough about the service I received from Quinn estate agents who overseen the sale of my end terrace house recently. From the initial valuation to putting my house on the market and right through to the eventual sale of the house the whole process was carried out in a very professional and courteous manner. The process wasn’t without its hitches as the first buyer pulled out and also the second but special mention to Leanne Glover from Quinn who kept me calm and with her vast experience of the housing market reassured me this was only a we blip and indeed shortly after going on the market for a third time it sold.
