The team at Bampton were proactive, supportive and great communicators which really did take a lot of stress out of the process. We hit some hurdles with deeds relating to land but the team worked with our solicitor, including taking drone footage, and all the issues were resolved. Back in Sept 2018 I started looking for a property to buy in North Devon/Somerset. I came across Seddons and was immediately impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. I did go on to buy a property through their Agency and cannot thank Laura enough for her professionalism, due diligence but most of all efficient and friendly way of dealing with my purchase. Move forwards 4 years and unfortunately I had to sell the property and without question once again I returned to Seddons, this time as the Vendor. They were, once again, brilliant from start to finish with organising a professional photographer for the property, organising viewings around guests staying and making sure that the right buyer was found. I cannot thank them enough for the help, support and friendship I have received from everyone in the office during both of these transactions and would not hesitate in recommending them. They are absolute superstars and NOT your average Estate Agents, thank you ladies xxxx

The team at Seddons have just helped us to buy our new home in Mid Devon. The whole team were friendly and supportive and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. When we spent time considering a property that wasn't really right, they encouraged us to think objectively, rather than pushing for the sale. We really appreciated this and came back to them when the right house went on the market. During the purchasing process, the team were always quick to respond and negotiated thoughtfully and with care to best suit our needs, and those of the vendor. Thank you to Clare, Georgina and Rob for their excellent service in selling our home. From making our first enquiry, Rob popped out quickly and provided a valuation. From excepting their services the house was on the market extremely quickly. We used Max's virtual tour service which was very well done and well worth it. The process of viewings were made easy and Clare's help in keeping all parties up to date was great! Having met with several agents over the last 45 years, this has been by far our best experience. Rob and the team at Seddons were more than helpful and maintained a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. Rob took time to assess the whole position and did not, as we have found in the past, with other agents, whizz in and out with a quick valuation based on the last sale/purchase price. We were kept up to date at all stages. It appears that this is a well run office with a professional team, and not just individuals working in the same place !

We purchased our home through Seddons and they were very prompt with responses to queries/offers, honest and importantly for us... flexible! We saw 4 properties with them on a Saturday while struggling to find other estate agents who could accommodate our schedule. All 4 properties were priced to sell, well presented and with a knowledgeable local estate agent who knew the property and could answer any queries. We used their recommended broker also (Chris), who was fab and got us a good deal and assisted us to get the deal over the line!

Dear Emerald, I very rarely put pen to paper to thank a service provider, plus it is a widely held belief that Estate Agents do little for their money, after all a couple of photos in the local press and hey presto! How wrong! Jane and I would like to thank you, and your lovely ladies, for all the effort you have put in to sell our property The original sales literature was first class and all the numerous viewings were all handled very professionally. What appeared to be a simple sale dragged on for nearly 4 and a half months. I often thought that the ladies must have dreaded seeing our number on their phone. However, every call was friendly and always helpful. You are incredibly lucky to have staff who are so professional, but have such a charming manner, and sense of humour. Such rare qualities in service providers these days! It is also, good to feel that the money spent with you, was good value, also a rare event!
