GoogleI recently received the keys to my new home thanks to E & M Scanlon Auctioneers & Estate Agents Ltd, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received throughout the process.
Matthew was my main point of contact over the course of a year and he was outstanding from start to finish. When I first viewed a property through E & M Scanlon, he told me he would help me find a place, and he absolutely delivered on that promise. No other property agents made me such a promise, and with some you can feel like you are being a pain when asking questions, that was never the case here.
He was a pleasure to work with, always responsive, always professional, and always willing to answer my calls, messages and endless questions (and there were a lot of them!). His patience and support really helped make what can be a stressful process much easier.
The whole team were also a great support whenever Matthew wasn’t available to answer a question, which really shows how well they work together and how much they care about their clients.
Everyone at E & M Scanlon was a joy to deal with and I always felt supported throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Matthew and the entire team to anyone looking to buy a home.
Thank You All

GoogleBought our first home with E&M Scanlon and Matthew was key to us succeeding. Very patient with us as we faced some procedural issues and brought a new member of our family into the world at the same time. Matthew made us feel like we were cared for and we'll looked after.
Thank you!

GoogleMatthew & the team looked after the sale of our family home. The service we got at every step of the way was excellent, from taking on board our comments on the brochure to answering any questions I had on the process. He always came back to me quickly and the whole sale process was handled very efficiently from start to finish. It was a pleasure dealing with Matthew & his team.

GoogleI’m so very grateful for the fantastic service from Matthew at E & M Scanlon Auctioneers & Estate Agents Ltd!
I was searching for a place in a small coastal town for months, and with the current housing shortage, it wasn’t easy. But Matthew remained committed, kind, and went the extra mile every step of the way. After months of dedication, he found my rental dream home. Five stars fall too short, top-notch service all the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated and caring team.
Thank you so very much for everything you’ve done for me, Matthew!
