GoogleIf I could give more than 5 stars I would. Heather has been amazing right through the selling process, keeping me informed at all stages and nothing was ever a bother. Would highly recommend, she really did take the stress out of the process.

GoogleWhen I decided to sell my house I had only one person in mind & that was Heather @ The Estate Angel. Within 24hrs Heather had been down to my house, taken the pictures & uploaded a fantastic description of my home. My house was sale agreed in just 5 days & that was purely down to the professionalism of Heather & how she got my house out there in a very congested market. Honestly, if it was any other estate agent then my house would not have sold so fast. I was kept up to date throughout the process & my queries were answered quickly, absolutely nothing was any hassle. Thank you Heather, your very much appreciated.

GoogleZero stars would not recommend Very clearly doesn’t want to be bothered with rental properties. Just taking personal info and moving on. Expecting people to jump through hoops and refusing rental properties 🤷🏻♀️ rude and impolite.

GoogleArranged a viewing on Monday for that evening. drive an hour there and back to then be told the next day that the owner of the property had told her on Friday (before the Monday) that they only wanted buyers who were already sale agreed. Which is fair enough but….. She asked me my situation on the Monday before the viewing, and I told her I had literally just put my house on the market. So why she wasted my time and let me drive down there is beyond me. She also told me they had an upfront cash offer of the asking price, when the owner of the house said they didn’t. Wouldn’t recommend heather. She wasn’t even willing to see that I was prepared to offer more, and to put it across to the sellers. If that was my house and potential buyers who are willing to offer more were being turned away I wouldn’t be happy. NOTE TO SELLERS: TAKE POTENTIAL BUYERS DETAILS SO YOU CAN DEAL DIRECTLY WITH THEM, SO THAT YOU WONT MISS OUT ON MORE MONEY!

GoogleI have NEVER been treated with as much DISRESPECT in my life than by this so-called 'company'. Long story short, the house they rent on behalf of a horrible 'landlord' who apparently lives in Spain, fence blew down over a year ago thus ripping ours down with it. Been on the phone many times with these nasty individuals( ARLENE) to be exact and was met with these; -Explosions of rage and aggression -Complete lack of responsibility or positivity. -Tried blaming me for not sorting it out. -Purposely left out, to then shout down the phone at my on our last call, that apparently the mystery landlord said via email to them (" Why hasn't she fixed it considering she's got kids"). ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. Apparently the elderly father of this mystery, hateful landlord in Spain carrys out the maintenance( probably why things so seldom get done). He arrived early in the morning with another man and actually walked into my front garden, around my cars and bins, in my back and around my shed, it was so early and they were practically shouting at eachother....My kids were still sleeping before they'd woken tbem!. They didnt even announce they were there or why and it was rather scary. They literally just put up support posts and filled it with 'easy post'(ofcoarse the cheap alternative to concrete). Filled the holes and then left. BUT they only put them up on their side of the fence when it should have been my other half of garden which was ripped down by there fence. Thus prompting me to call the awful place to be met with blame, excuses and all round useless shouts. From reading the reviews here on Google, they haven't much hope. ARLENE then continued to shout at and over me and say that apparently I should know all about data protection between landlords and companies, to which I kind of laughed a little??, but on the grounds of borderline insanity perhaps it would be better for her to take an early retirement as you bring ABSOLUTELY nothing to this again so-called 'company'. It's no wonder that no-one wants to rent of buy property off yourselves, I really do wonder how your still in business. All in all, here's how I'd sum them up- NASTY IGNORANT UNPROFESSIONAL HATEFUL IRRESPONSIBLE LIARS If I were you, STAY WELL CLEAR!

GoogleHeather is the most dishonest and unprofessional person i have ever met. Rented a house from her and upon rental i have informed her that when i was away there would be pets staying at the house for 2 nights. She said upon rental that that was okay and that its no problem at all. To my surprise she didnt inform the landlord who was not happy about the pets staying. When confronted about it she lied and denied thre ever even being any talk about pets. Funny as the one requirement we had was the pets baing allowed to stay at the property short term or we wouldnt have taken on the rental. She will do anything to take commission and does not care about the landlords or the tennants. Wouldnt reccomend the estate angel ballymoney to anyone. Update Healther is now breaking the law telling me that i have to be out of the house tomorrow even though the law clearly states 12 weeks. When rang the office and asked to speak to her she told me her solicitor told her that 12 weeks is not true ( i got advice from citizens advice) clearly another lie. 🙄 she was so nasty on the phone and i had to ring people that deal with agencies like the estate angel ballymoney. Please save yourself the hassle and dont go to her you will have nothing but trouble Fast forward to move out date. Heather wouldnt even come and get the keys to the house she got me to post them through letter box after ignoring me for 10 days straight. She then said that I have damaged the house which is again her making up lies I have took the video to as proof that the house was left in better condition that I got it in. The owner of the house has also decided to try and add and write to me on Facebook. Unacceptable and unprofessional Absolute disgrace

She has entered my house without permission started shouting in my face about a cooker that was agreed by landlords to take out she accused me of stealing it. GoogleI am truly sorry I can't give zero stars. Heather started off quite nice, and came across as helpful, boy did that change. When the bank requested specialist surveys, she tried to talk us out of them, got very nasty, and accused us of lying. She rang our mortgage broker and ranted at him for 15 minutes about their practice and us. Nothing made me happier than withdrawing our offer and knowing we would not have any more dealings with her.

GoogleAn excellent service marketing & presenting my property exactly as I had hoped for, then arranging quality viewings and finally overseeing the signing of the tenants agreement. Heather who has a vast knowledge and experience in the property business was supportive, available and attentive throughout. I cannot thank her enough and have no hesitation in highly recommending The Estate Angel.

GoogleEnquired about a rental, completed application form then nothing, ghosted from the outset. Avoid this one, the reviews would suggest that this is normal conduct. Very poor.

GoogleHeather ask my sister if she could afford to buy the house in question, checking up on her with solicitors and even though my sister was prepared to bid more, Heather sold house to other bidder, unbelievable arrogance, definitely would not recommend this person to buy or sell a house

GoogleTravelled one hour to look at a property to be told the property wasn't mortgagable the minute we met the agent. It could have been advertised accordingly as cash buyers only or at least gave me a hint when I called to arrange the viewing.
