We sold our 1st home with Rainey and Gregg and we must say Jason and the rest of the team were brilliant. From the first enquiry to final decision on getting the house listed for sale. Jason was brilliant. He was always so helpful and accommodating to our needs/ situation. Nothing was a bother to him. He made sure to keep us informed of everything throughout the process as we didn’t know anything about how to go about selling a house as this was our first one. But he made everything seem so easy and nothing was too much to ask. He also was very transparent about the fees etc involved so we knew how much it will cost for their fees. Jason also advised us on not to get a professional photographer in for photos as it wouldn’t be any advantage to the sale and he was honest about that and the expense that would be. Once we had photos taken and seen the draft brochure for the sale we honestly thought that it was a professional photographer had taken the photos. He got all the lighting perfect and the angles he got just showed the true qualities of the house we were selling. Once we gave the green light for the brochure to be posted within a day there was multiple viewings booked and Jason kept us updated about all the additional viewings after that. Jason and the team also was a big help to us and done all the viewings during the days that viewings were taking place which was a big help to us as we both were working and trying to organise childcare for all the viewings could have been very difficult. But Jason was more than happy for them to do the day viewings and assured us that it was not a problem for them to do all of them. So it meant we only had the evening viewings to manage which took a huge burden off our backs. As this was our first ever house to sell Jason always explained everything and always gave very professional honest advice on offers etc and when he thought was a good time to accept the highest offer judging by the viewings etc. Jason and the teams hard work selling our house got it sale agreed within 2 weeks from being listed to accepting the final offer. Jason and the team always kept us informed of the progress on the sale. We would highly recommend selling or renting your house with Rainey and Gregg as the service Jason and the team offer is first class. Nothing is ever a bother to them. And they made everything seem so trouble free.

How do I give more stars??? When we first thought about selling our home, we didn’t really know much about estate agents. Honestly, our (wrong!) impression was that they just take some pictures, stick it on PropertyPal, answer a few calls, and charge you a percentage for the privilege. We figured we’d just use one because that’s what you do… Well, Rainey and Gregg completely changed our minds. We would honestly have been lost without them! They did so much more than we ever expected. Their photographer staged the photos to show the house at its best. They arranged our EPC, vetted buyers, and negotiated on our behalf (exceptionally well, we were under offer twice, both times over the asking price!). They kept us regularly updated on the progress of the sale, contacted both our solicitor and the purchaser’s to keep things moving, helped us understand surveys, and were always there to answer any question we had. Nothing was too much trouble! They’re also incredibly knowledgeable, not just about how to sell a house, but the ins and outs of houses themselves: surveys, EPCs, mortgages, etc. When we had trouble getting our EPC rating right (old, large stone walls and needing to prove insulation) they guided us through it. And when our septic tank survey showed a few minor defects, they knew exactly what it meant and kept us reassured the whole time. We chose to split viewings between us and Rainey and Gregg, exactly how we wanted it. We picked which ones we did ourselves. Communication was excellent. I spoke to them more than my own mum (lol), and they always got back to me quickly, never making me feel like a nuisance (although I’m sure I was!). Special shout out to their lovely reception staff, I’d forgotten what it was like to make an impromptu call and be greeted so genuinely, then put straight through to the right person. Why isn’t that the norm anymore?! Best of all, thanks to Rainey and Gregg, we got the best price for our property and sold it to the perfect couple. Huge thanks especially to our agent, Jason Frew, who kept us sane, positive, and advocated for us through both sales. WE COULD NOT HAVE ACHIEVED THIS RESULT ON OUR OWN. We put an offer in for a property in Ballymena, Jason the sales negotiator rang and said your offer has been accepted fab we were on cloud 9 within 4.hours a higher bid came in after Jason promised us it was a definite funny thing is he didn't ask for ID and our passport.
