Josh helped me sell my beloved sister's house in Ballymena. Josh was extremely professional, understanding, patient, considered, respectful and has a fantastic personality. We agreed to buy a property through these guys…things were moving very slowly and communication was extremely poor. Eventually after many attempts to contact we were told the sale was off. This was through no fault of our own as we were cash buyers and our solicitor was doing everything we needed. We ended up with no explanation as to why the sale was aborted and a bill from our solicitors which the vendor, these guys and their solicitors are refusing to acknowledge or contribute too. We are thoroughly disappointed by the service.

I must say a farce dealer, I am currently living in Scotland, wanting to find a new location to open a store in Ballymena. when I arrived I called them and said I live in Scotland and if you don't mind coming to see me today they said no and told me to come tomorrow, I said I will come back tomorrow . I worked with an employee of this farce dealership and she talked me into accepting a 5 year or 10 year lease and fixing everything I wanted, she told me she boss will call me. Until I received a call from a man who sounded quite annoyed and shouted loudly when I said he didn't understand and my wife called and my wife also said that his tone was hard to listen to and also talked back and forth with the intention of renting for 10 years, he said to call him next week on Monday. The next day I got gmail. The person's name is Emma, ​​she sent a message to meet one more time, but I had to give up my job and travel expenses just to hear them say it would only be rented for 1 year. What a waste of my time, Ms. She also said I don't know you and you don't know me either so she won't let me rent it long term. Is there anyone who rents a store that they need to know for a long-term lease? I asked her why you wouldn't let me rent for long time . She said things like not paying rent, not paying rates, there were people who violated the law before and couldn't be evicted... so the contract given for what? I deposited money and paid three months' rent in advance along with repair costs to buy tables and chairs for the shop, nearly 50,000 pounds to make a joke, and then at the end of a year, you kicked me out.
