Josh helped me sell my beloved sister's house in Ballymena. Josh was extremely professional, understanding, patient, considered, respectful and has a fantastic personality. My sister passed with a rare form of SNUC cancer in 2024. Selling her house was extremely difficult and emotional for me. We agreed to buy a property through these guys…things were moving very slowly and communication was extremely poor. Eventually after many attempts to contact we were told the sale was off. This was through no fault of our own as we were cash buyers and our solicitor was doing everything we needed. We ended up with no explanation as to why the sale was aborted and a bill from our solicitors which the vendor, these guys and their solicitors are refusing to acknowledge or contribute too. We are thoroughly disappointed by the service.
