Sold my house with love property, Johnny is a true gentleman not only is he professional but he is so down to earth and easy to talk to, nothing was a problem, Even when we missed out on a property he was selling he was still so encouraging looking out for other homes with fellow estate agents That would potentially suit our needs which I thought it showed him to be the kind and a genuine person he was right in the end he always told me the right house will not go by me and here I am a week in my new home and I couldn't be happier with it, Thankyou so much I would recommend Johnny to anyone 😁

I’m very disappointed with the service and communication I received throughout the process. I spent two days chasing to make an offer, leaving voicemails and hearing nothing back. After putting in an offer, I was told I would be kept updated regarding the progress of the property. Only to then receive a phone call advising that the house had already been sold. I understand properties can move quickly, however better communication and transparency throughout the process would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling extremely disappointed with how this was handled

I have been a tenant with love property for 3 and a half years now and I couldn’t praise them enough for their professionalism. Fortunately I have not had to phone very often with a problem but on the odd occasion I have they have been fast, friendly and so helpful! I have even phoned Jonny out of hours and he’s been on the ball straight away, nothing is ever a bother! Highly recommend Jonny and his team and I couldn’t fault my last 3 1/2 years here at all! Super job as always 😀

Johnny took photos, advertised and from the advert went online Johnny was on the ball. Buyers come to view our home which Johnny done the walkrounds and sales. Myself and my daughter both sold our houses at the same time to move into our forever home. Jonny couldn't have been more helpfull with the quick sale of both our houses. He explained everything in an understandable way and made what is a stressful time so much better. I’ve been with Love Property since they took over managing the property for my landlord a few years ago. They are a pleasure to rent from. The rent is very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. They are always available during office hours and you can always contact them online out of hours. My home is in excellent condition and they maintain it extremely well. I’ve had a couple of minor repairs needed due to everyday wear and tear (I’ve lived in the property since 2014 so that’s to be expected) as well as kitchen radiator wasn’t fully heating up. I contacted them and a repair man was sent out swiftly and had those things fixed to a very high standard as well as having a new radiator installed for me without any problems. Nothing is too much trouble, I’m very happy renting from them and I’d highly recommend Love Property to anyone looking to rent.

It took me one week to finally talk to someone there, every time I called they’d tell me they’d call back and that never happened. I told them on every single call the property I was interested in and they just said okay… Then I heard that on the weekend there was an open viewing at the property I was interested and they never told me anything. After a week, we finally managed to get a viewing for Wednesday, the 10th of April. We were meant to meet at 6pm. I was near the area so I drove there at 5:50pm and just waited in the car… My fiancee drove over 50 miles to get there in time after her work… we were there until past 7pm and no one showed up to show us the property. I texted many times and got the answer the girl who was meant to show is the house was there… but there was no one at the property, after calling a few times and getting the answer that she had told him that she was there and me affirming that there hadn’t been no one to the property since I was there at least 10 minutes before the time I was told to go, he told us that he didn’t know what happened, but he’d try to find out and give me a call back, here I am, it’s Friday and I still haven’t heard anything back after staying in the car in front of the property from 5:50pm until 7:20pm and not being able to see it and not even hearing back of what happened. My fiancee then drove 50 miles back to where she lives, very frustrated for driving 100 miles in total journey and not being able to see a thing. We both felt very disrespected and wasted our time.

He told me go to agency with paperwork so i did when i got to door it was locked at 11am so i had to pay 100 taxi home limavady i then told to post it in door by man on fone i told him no postbox i was then told last min o got to make an appointment get in here not a way to run a business! You should told us that first but u didn't !
