They were very responsive and accessible, which was great when I ended up calling every day for a week when checking on my property. They found us a lovely apartment and made sure we had all the correct info on tenancy agreements and our rights before we moved in. Professional, friendly, reliable, would definitely use them again!

Good afternoon Miss Scherhauferova. We appreciate your feedback and we totally agree that you left the property in excellent condition. We agreed to pay the deposit in full straight away but this was only actioned on the 21st of the month. As stated a member of staff had been instructed to carry out this task previously and this wasn't completed. I apologise for any disruption that this has caused to yourself. We have been working under a limited staffing structure due to the Coronovirus. Have a good day. Jonny McClintock
