Would not recommend at all. Have rented a property now for nearly 3 years, a number of repairs (including mould) were reported in January, this is now nearly April and not 1 repair has been carried out and last week we were served with an eviction notice with no other reason than that the landlord wished to repossess the property, again no mention of repairs. Severe lack of communication, nearly got the impression our estate agent was deliberately avoiding our calls, not taking any calls from me,.not returning calls and not responding to emails. Cannot even manage to get in contact to obtain a valid reason for the eviction notice. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from such a business, really did think more of this company and very disappointed at how they have dealt with their own long term tenants.
