Thanks to the team at L&B in helping my wife and I with the purchase of our new home. We dealt with Stuart for viewings and the negotiation of the purchase price. Stuart really understood our needs, took onboard our feedback and successfully agreed the acquisition between us and the vendor. Charlie then took over the communication and he ensured that we were kept regularly informed until completion. On collecting the keys, we received a friendly greeting from Paula (who even remembered a couple of extra questions we wanted to ask the vendor) and Neil. In all, a very smooth transaction and great service from L&B. Thanks, Brian & Melanie.

moving from England to Ballymena within a short time frame seemed crazy. Neil was nothing short of amazing! Doing everything via email and WhatsApp to help us get the house we had seen. He even went in to the office for us to sign paperwork and collect keys on a Monday night after hours and when they were closed for Christmas. We can't than you enough!

We have been using L&B for several years now for our property rentals. Staff are very mannerly and quick to answer any queries whether from potential renters or existing tenants. Would not recommend at all. Have rented a property now for nearly 3 years, a number of repairs (including mould) were reported in January, this is now nearly April and not 1 repair has been carried out and last week we were served with an eviction notice with no other reason than that the landlord wished to repossess the property, again no mention of repairs. Severe lack of communication, nearly got the impression our estate agent was deliberately avoiding our calls, not taking any calls from me,.not returning calls and not responding to emails. Cannot even manage to get in contact to obtain a valid reason for the eviction notice. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from such a business, really did think more of this company and very disappointed at how they have dealt with their own long term tenants.
