I've been using Harry Clarke & Co for a number of years now when selling property. They are a wonderful company and all staff are very professional and courteous especially Barbara. If I had a problem it was dealt with immediately by Barbara....I can't speak highly enough of this company. If you are buying or selling property I highly recommend Harry Clarke & Co. You wont find any better in Northern Ireland. Excellent!

Worst experience. Have bought a house, the agent didn't bother to pas my queries to the seller. Electrical heating of boiler was broken, despite that he said everything is working, they let the house with the energy in debt. When i asked to recover the money paid he laught in my face. Recovered the money through solicitors. So mr agent, you should be ashamed an I hope you will have more respect for clients from now on( if you'll have clients) and don't say lies mr.... avoid them or record on tape what he say, because he will deny.

I would give this 0 stars if it was possible. The staff (particularly the lady who claims to be the manager) are incredibly rude, cheeky and unhelpful. I’ve contacted them 3 times about 3 different peroperties and each time they have given me the same poor customer service - not calling back as promised, not contacting property owners with our questions and being extremely rude when dealing with our queries. I would be appalled if I was a seller/landlord as I have already been put off 3 properties by this lady. If you’re hoping to buy or rent through these agents, you’d better forget about it as they’ll make it imposible. I guess I’ll keep looking...
