They said they sent a voice mail but it certainly wasn't to me. I hope the vendor finds out he sold too quickly as we were very keen and prepared to pay top dollar. GoogleReally disappointed with the lack of customer service from Rory. We really wanted to view a house. We phoned everyday for 3 days straight. Each day Rory would tell my husband he would be in contact by the end of the day, he never rung us back once. On the 3rd day I rang to try and get a viewing to be told that they were not taking on anymore viewings. I don’t think we would have been told this if I haven’t of phoned. I will never entertain a house that is being sold by this company again. Very poor.

GoogleWhen we moved into the house we bought through 360 we were disgusted at the state it was left, mouse droppings, unattached front door handle, leaking toilets, electrical problems, the list goes on. I contacted Lisa who we were dealing with to leave feedback, she seemed sympathetic and contacted the vendors solicitor and ask me to contact ours as there was nothing they could do. She asked me to keep in contact and tell her of any outcome. A few weeks later I sent an email to Lisa stating the expenses we had encountered due the damages and filth we were left with and she didn't even grace us with a reply. Before the sale of the house was finalised there was so much pressure put on us to seal the deal. If you are going to put pressure on anyone to buy a house you should make sure the people you are representing are made aware that the property is to be left in a livable state. I am disgusted and disappointed with the whole experience.
