GoogleTitle: Disappointing Experience with Real Estate Services
I recently contacted a real estate agent, specifically Emma, to request a virtual viewing or video of a rental property. After waiting five days, I was added to a WhatsApp group but unfortunately received no response to my inquiries regarding property details or the video.
Moreover, my messages on the Property Pal platform went unanswered. To make matters worse, I later discovered that the property was marked as "Let agreed." Emma finally reached out to inform me that videos had been sent via WhatsApp, which they clearly had not.
Overall, I find the service provided to both landlords and potential tenants to be completely substandard. This experience has been very frustrating, and I would not recommend their services based on the poor communication and lack of support.
