We cannot recommend Cheryl and the team at Nest Estate Agents highly enough. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble and contacting the team was always easy and stress free. There was a small hiccup along the way, but the team were incredibly helpful and accommodating, working closely with us and our solicitor to keep everything moving smoothly. Collecting our keys was made even more special with a lovely card, chocolates and prosecco, such a thoughtful touch and a real reflection of the care they put into their clients. Well what can i say about Tennielle McIlroy at Nest Estate agents in Ballyclare. Im not sure what word or words best describes Tennielle apart from exceptional. Tennielle helped us with the purchase of our property. Second to none helpful, patient, personal, understanding, worked hard on our purchase, things went so smoothly the minute we choose Tennielle as our mortgage advisor. She answered all messages/emails immediately. Took a lot of of stress of us. And got us our family home which we will forever be grateful for. This company has to be the BEST Estate Agents in the country. I had my eye on a new house, that I really wanted, and hoped to close as soon as possible on my current home. Spoke to Cheryl at NEST and she got the ball rolling. I was kept informed all the way and her efficiency and professionalism were second to none. She handled everything from valuation to advertising to viewings to completion without a hitch. She sold our home for several thousand above our asking price and in the shortest time too. We had an excellent experience with Nest Estate Agents when selling our house. Nothing was ever a hassle. We had (like a lot of people) a very stressful time with other aspects of the whole process but Nest were always there at the end of the phone with either the answers we needed or were the voice of reassurance. I recently sold my house with Nest estate agents. I cannot give enough thanks for the amazing work done. As probably many others before me, I was trying to sell with another agency. Unfortunately that did not go well and spent a lot of time trying to sell my house with no success. One day I was walking by ballyclare sq and saw the agency. I thought they only sold expensive houses as the office looks very professional from the outside. However due to my circumstances I decided to go into the office and just pop the question to know if they would be up for selling my house. I met up with Leah and from the very first moment I was not disappointed. On the very first meeting (without appointment) I explained my situation and all the advice and help from the very beginning was more than the help I got previously from other agencies. Once we agreed on the change of agencies into Nest everything went much smoother. Professional pictures taken, social media advertising and recommendations to other people that might’ve not been looking for my specific house type but might’ve been an option of interest. From the very first date the house was set on the market I started to receive viewings and of course the house was sale agreed in no time. Leah was great on the whole process, keeping me up to date with everything, doing the viewings and advising on the whole process. I really recommend Nest if you are looking to sell your house stress free. And big shot out to Leah and her team for making everything possible.
