I have just moved house after 40 years in our family home, it was a serious case of the unknown for me! The whole Country Estates team were incredibly professional from start to finish. The service they provide still focuses on providing support for the client, reducing as much of the stress as possible which is something that can be lost in our busy world today. Stephen and Ronnie visited to give me a valuation and explain the whole process. Erin was a delight to have, respectfully creating a video to showcase my home, something I didn't realise could make such a difference. I had Catherine at the end of the phone throughout the whole process to explain the process, feedback on the viewings, keeping me up to date with developments, answering any questions and finally pulling everything together for contracts to be exchanged. Catherine, your patience, perseverance and courteous manner is never ending, you are a true gem. I highly recommend Country Estates

We purchased a house from country estates and even though there were some complications during the process, country estates always had excellent communication with us. Catherine was dealing with our house purchase and was amazing and always accessible and responded very quickly with any queries we had. Hopefully we won’t need an estate agent for a long time, but if we do I will definitely be using Country Estates.

I highly recommend Country Estates! We moved to NI after a long period abroad and Country Estates were Extremely helpful, first in finding us rented accommodation, then in connecting us with a mortgage advisor, and after this, in helping us buy a house of our own. Couldn't recommend Country estates more. Louden came and valued our house. It was nice and relaxed, we had a good chat we could tell he really knew his stuff, very knowledgeable. He then came back and took some brilliant, quality photos of the property for us. High praise for Lisa who went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. I mean she rang everyone she could to keep the whole thing going. We were selling our property to buy another house and without her I have no doubt it wouldn't have happened. She even phoned us on completion day while she was on annual leave to check in and make sure it went off without a hitch. Aaron we didn't haven't forgotten you and all the negotiating you done for us. Your communication skills were top notch. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for everything you have done.❤️

Absolutely first class service provided by Stephen Johnson and Country Estates in selling my property. Stephen was very educated on the property market and house valuations when others were telling me my property was worth less. He said those prices were too low and gave me the correct figure to ask for. He kept me updated and informed at all times on progress during what was a challenging time with COVID-19 and it was a smooth sales process whereby I received Stephens suggested asking price within one week of the house being put up for sale. Thank you again for all your help. Can’t recommend Stephen any more and he would definitely be the person I would go to if selling again.

In my experience this Agent on more than one occasion advertised for sale properties that are were not currently ready for viewing with long lead times. In another case a property was sold behind the scenes before the public viewings were set to commence. I don't think this is good practice for potential buyers and would be hesitant to use their services given that.
