We let an apartment in The Blake , Lansdowne Place through SF in Oct 21. We asked about potential noise disruption from the building work on the next door apartment block and were assured by the MD that there would be none. This was a complete lie and as a result we spent 7 months in an apartment that was unlivable during the day due to drilling, hammering and other building works (see review of Lansdowne Place for videos). The MD of SF has continued to lie to other prospective tenants that there is no building noise (it continues daily which she and other letting agents are fully aware of) and she is knowingly putting people in very damaging and unsatisfactory rental conditions. Very unprofessional and unethical business.

I can't recommend sherry Fitzgerald enough!! I mainly dealt with Pauline but had John's help and advice also. They were both so lovely and helpful, whilst I was selling my property and purchasing another one. I'd also like to say that anytime I phoned their office I spoke to either Helen or Louise and they too were so pleasant and nice! Thank you guys for all your help and advice and for helping me find a lovely home. I would definitely rate you guys 10 out of 10!! 👏👍

Buying a house is the biggest investment most people ever make. I bought a house in D16 from Sherry FitzGerald New Homes pre-COVID in 2019 and never once had a face to face with a Sherry Fitz employee. Remarkable! On the day of handover, they had a builder from the site meet us at the house with the key. He handed the key over and walked away. I never heard from anyone again to check in on us. We've had a bunch of issues since with the house and estate and nobody wants to know. I thought it was just us, but all the neighbours are in the same boat. Get the money as quick as you can and then move onto the next deal! When I bought off Quillsen in the past, the agent met us at the house to handover the keys with a bottle of bubbly and a congratulations card. They then walked us around the house to make sure we knew how everything worked. They then followed up a few months later to see how everything was going with the new house. That is proper customer service. I wouldn't buy a house marketed by Sherry Fitz every again. My recommendation to Sherry Fitz is to take a good look at their customer experience.

we used SF to sell our house unfortunately the agent told me he couldn't tell us who was coming to view the house because of DATA protection this is not the case with other estate agents and I was also told that no bookings would be allowed unless the person viewing the property had funds approved or financially able to purchase the house this was one of the conditions I had requested due to the fact that I'd have to leave my house everytime someone viewed it which wasnt an issue really but I would rather someone coming in that had funds rather than a person who didn't as it's only wasting time for me and my family aswell as the agents I found that once I signed a contract things had changed only for those reasons I wouldn't recommend but had never any issues in the past

Always double check that facts vs. what these agents are saying - never take their words as is - they will say anything to sell!! They will not tell you all the facts and even withhold information. Real estate agents and builders need to be regulated like the banks!! Reply to owner: Im gonna post it all here for people to know!

Sherry Fitzgerald office in Waterford have gents working there who are downright RUDE. I won't mention names but I have heard the same reports about this same guy over and over, a lot of people will know who I mean. I would never ever deal with them again !!!

I was gazumped by sherry Fitzgerald last year in skibbereen put a deposit on a house and over Xmas they put the house back on the Internet while we were on holls and told us when we got back another couple had a viewing it went into a bidding war we had a sale agreed at 185000 and it sol235000 more the whole thing was a joke at this day and age
