Keenly priced service. Accurate determination of the asking price relative to the expected selling price, which surpassed the asking price by about 12%. Very professional management of the viewings and queries. The online MySherryFitzgerald platform bidding system was transparent and most fair and we wish all estate agents used this system.

We got our mortgage and life cover with the aid of our fabulous advisor Noreen McKenzie. Superb knowledge and expertise as well as friendly support through all the ups and downs. She was always available. We have recommended SF and specifically Noreen to family members and friends who are beginning the house hunting journey.

GoogleWe collected the keys if a house for a pre-purchase survey. We were asked to provide a ID card. The procedure was smooth but we would have prefered th auctioneer to open the doors for us, in order to survey the properry without delay. It took approximately 30 minutes to collect and bring bsck the keys to the auctionner.

GoogleI was to a few viewings in Balbriggan for buying a house. Chris White showed us a few houses. Well prepared to answer the questions. Did not buy, we end up renting. Would recommend as a tenant, as well as a buyer, or seller.as a tenant few things were broken when we moved, we called the agent and they were fixed.

If there's a 0 start option, I'd definitely rate that as 0. They're not protecting tenant rights, very slow and not hands-on on the issues raised and basically they're acting like a roadblock rather than solution provider.I'd think twice if Sherry Fitzgerald is the agent for the property.
