GoogleWe have had an amazing experience with Your Move in Baildon. The whole team are very knowledgeable, professional, but also very friendly. We worked closely with Tracy, and she was incredible. We had a chain of 9, and we didn’t complete for over a year (through no fault of Your Move, mainly just took us a while to find the perfect house!) but through that whole year, Tracy kept us updated, made sure we did everything we needed to, but the main thing is that although there must have been plenty of stress behind the scenes, communicating with all the other estate agents and solicitors, she never projected that stress onto us. That is a huge blessing, because as anyone who has ever moved house knows, you have plenty of stresses of your own just packing up the house and sorting so many other things out, so having someone shield you from unnecessary stress is just amazing, and we are very grateful for that Tracy. I would absolutely recommend Your Move to anyone looking for a wonderful Estate Agent, and we are not planning on moving for a very long time, but would definitely use them again. We can’t thank Tracy and the whole team enough, you’re incredible at what you do!

GoogleI cannot thank David and his team enough for helping me sell my late fathers property. David from the start was very compassionate and explained things in details of what to expect and had good knowledge of the area. I was kept informed of viewings and although it took some time to agree a sale, we had no problems after. My only slight criticism is that on a couple of occasions after viewings the house alarm was not put on, which is minor, but could have had a bigger issue n the end. All in all the team are brilliant and I thank them all for their help and assistance. Jason

David was very knowledgeable about what to expect from the sale, agreed a selling fee up front, and we got what he expected us to reach on the sale. Very helpful staff in the office, Wendy and Tracy were always on hand to answer any questions, and arranged accompanied viewings on our behalf. Everything was well communicated throughout, took very little time to complete, and I would highly recommend that local people use these Estate Agents first and foremost in the village. A chain of 7 made this a little complex but we felt assured that the team had a good understanding of what was happening across the chain and liaised with all the necessary parties to help the move go as smooth as possible. Tracy and her team of experienced agents made us feel like VIP,s and were as excited for us as we were to have found our dream home.
Really can’t think of anything negative to say.... if the phones are busy it’s probably because they are managing customers through one of the biggest financial purchases they will make. Good customer service is hard to find and takes time to be done right. GoogleAs an Expat living in the US, Your Move was recommended by my dad to sell my house. Off the bat, they explained every step of the process as I never was on the ground during the process, let alone sold a house before. Their communications were very professional and to the point. They replied promptly to my emails, and helped me find a decorator to carry out needed work so the house would be presentable. In addition, they kept sending updates and pictures of the progress of work at the house.
They sent me a list of interested buyers, and ranked how serious they were, and suggested the top two. Furthermore, one of the solicitors they've put me in touch with was very helpful navigating all legal aspects of the house sale, and money transfer was carried out the same day contracts were exchanged!
In the age of COVID, flying back to the UK to conclude the sale was not an option, and Your Move made that possible throughout their network of people.
Finally, they helped me negotiate an excellent price above the price of similar houses in the area.
I'd particularly recommend Mr. David Fisher for his professionalism and going the extra mile to make this difficult and complicated process, seamless. Considering the time difference between UK & US, I got replies from David to virtually all my emails the same day!

Only to discover that the main letting company is still taking names for viewing. So I’ve lost a day and being 1st come 1st serve basis can’t see my name ever being looked at due to the high interest on the property. Can’t trust this office in Shipley. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
