We engaged Strutt & Parker to sell our country house property in May 2023. This turned out to be a very difficult period for property sales. We felt S & P gave us every support during this time, with regular communication, realistic appraisals and an enduring interest. We didn't feel that we went 'stale' and throughout the process S & P continued to promote our property and seek a buyer culminating in a successful sale. We are so very grateful for all that the team did to achieve this. We would definately recommend them.

As first-time buyers, it all felt a bit overwhelming at first, but she has made the process so much easier and way less stressful than we ever imagined. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we always felt like she had our best interests at heart. I am so glad I chose S&P to sell my large Georgian home. I have a long history of buying and selling houses so I almost expected the pitfalls and inefficiency that have become predictable from other agents. However, S&P's Consultant Gina Simpson made it a very short and pain-free process. I am sure behind the scenes she worked very hard, but for me her no fuss, no headache, and professional approach made it all go orderly and smoothly to its conclusion. Her negotiation skills on our behalf meant we ( she ) achieved almost the asking price in a home that is so unique it could easily have stuck around on the market if left to other agents' middle-of-the-road efforts.Gina is empathetic, full of great ideas and initiative for overcoming hurdles and is also very personable and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend S&P to anyone at any level, but in particular for high-end properties.

We were very happy with the service provided by Amy and Hamish who were always responsive and helpful, meeting as necessary to discuss next steps and how best to respond to a changing sales market. They realised how much the house meant to us over many years and made good links with our lawyer pending the sale.

GoogleWe purchased an ultra modern house in the Woodbridge area through Strutt & Parker. We came from out of area over 100 miles away and didn't know Suffolk that well so were pleased to have some guidance from the estate agent. The company was very professional, liaising with the vendor and ourselves along with the two solicitors involved (the solicitor part was very important). We have since done work on the house to make it our own and very pleased with the purchase. We would certainly think of using Strutt & Parker when we come to downsize.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. Sadly our experience hasn't been great with Strutt & Parker.Here is some honest feedback about our experience!1. Promises and deadlines for marketing our property were undelivered2. The photo shoot was that bad we had to appoint our own photographer.3. Once a viewing was booked we'd spend hours preparing our property to look its best and after the viewing we'd receive zero feedback.This was on the selling side only.Ref the purchasingWe were in a chain whereas both properties were marketed by Strutt and Parker. The vendors of where we were purchasing decided they couldn't find anywhere suitable after we'd spent £2500 on legal fees. If this was not bad enough we were even more mortified when Strutt & Parker willingly re-marketed the property just a few months later for £50k more without even consulting us first.This will be costly to Strutt & Parker going forwards as we are property developers in the area, and they could have generated a lot more business from us, however we have gone with another agent who will be selling 5 properties for us in the first instance.

Sophia and Sharnie from Strutt & Parker in Suffolk were exceptional in working with us to find our country house and then get the purchase over the line. Their local knowledge and understanding of the properties we saw was the best I’ve experienced from any agents around the world. With an overseas vendor and in the middle of a covid lockdown they proved excellent brokers and the sale wouldn’t have happened without their input. I hope we are in our house for a long time but if I was ever to sell or looking for something new then they would be my first call, highly recommended!

I'd like to highly recommend Steven Spencer and team from the Strutt & Parker Gerrards Cross office. We had been looking to move home for the past 18 months and struggled to find the perfect property which met our family’s needs. Steven was very patient with us and showed us many different properties. At no time did he try to force a sale, instead he showed us properties which all could genuinely work.
