GoogleWhy did I choose Stonefield? When I started looking at estate agents I thought I may as well go with the cheapest as all they do is take some photos and stick it on Rightmove. I looked at how Stonefield and others presented properties on Rightmove, and it was their quality photos and personalised descriptions that made me choose Stonefield - their price wasn't the cheapest, or dearest. My house sold in 6 days at closing date. They were also really good at advising on the offers, and certainly didn't make me think I should take the dearest one to maximise their commission. Would I use them again? Yes. Would I recommend to friend and family? Yes.

FacebookI appointed Stonefield estate agent to sell my property as I liked that they were independent and after speaking to Richard he was able to offer me a package that bet suited my circumstances. The service was professional from start to finish. I was wary of putting the property on the market again after a previous bad experience with a local chain estate agent, but Stonefield absolutely delivered what they said they were going to do and the house was sold within 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Stonefield Estate agents and would definitely use the again.

FacebookStone field you deserve every one of the five stars for your friendly professional service, from the time Richard came to value our property with his straightforward and honest approach, no flannel, and first class presentation of our home to the ladies in the office who worked their socks off over the seven days from going on the market to being sold, arranging appointments for our forty six viewers and when it came to the twenty offers we received, Marie took the time to go over every single one with us, no matter how many questions we asked, nothing was too much trouble. It was very daunting having lived in our home for 27 years however Richard came into our home and made it all so easy putting us at ease from the start. Richard also did an excellent job with the presentation of our property, even including a photo of Lizzie our beautiful big dog, which was a talking point with our viewers! Marie then took over, managing to keep me calm with her professionalism and her care for her clients. The whole Stonefield team were amazing and we would recommend them to anyone considering a move. A home in which we spent so many happy years as a family together. The staff at Stonefield estate agents were very professional, tactful and most of all understanding.
