GoogleCommunication was very poor, phone calls were rarely answered and emails often took weeks to get a response. It took over two months to have my deposit returned, which was extremely frustrating. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing.

GoogleI finished decorating my flat on a Sunday night, phoned Woodholls on Monday morning, met with Grant Monday afternoon, Ross took photos on Tuesday, my flat was advertised on Wednesday and I recieved an offer at the full asking price on Thursday!! They kept me informed every step of the way during the sale process, every email I sent was answered in literally minutes and nothing was too much trouble. When the sale competed Ross even delivered a small thank you gift to my door. I highly recommend Woodholls estate agents, they are professional, efficient, honest, friendly and approachable.

GoogleWoodholls exceeded any of our expectations. They are friendly, approachable, very responsive and proactive. My husband and I have rented through Woodholls before and this is our second time renting through them. Any problems we have, they get it sorted out immediately. They made our move smooth and everything was sorted out quickly. Renting a home can be challenging, but working with Woodholls made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend them.

GoogleNot professional at all. I was promised a studio, made the deposit for it and never received the tenancy agreement. After several emails, I only knew when I finally called them just to be told that it was not going to happen.
Dear Angela, I acknowledge your review and understand your frustration. As you know this matter wasn’t handled by ourselves. We are the ‘tenant finding’ agent on behalf of Greatview Estates who handle all move-in activities. You acknowledged this in your email dated 20th August 2019 and it seemed their office was closed without them pre-arranging your move. We agree this in unacceptable and we fully understand your anger. You emailed us on the 16th August 2019 stating “Thank you so much, I really appreciate all you’re doing for me”. In another email on the 16th August 2019 you commented “I know it's not your fault, but I hope you can understand my concern about it. This is not professional at all “ and we agreed. On the 17th August 2019 you commented “thank you Ross, you're a star” Despite all of this we emailed you on the 19th of august advising that we would arrange your move in through the caretaker and the paperwork would be completed when Greatview estates re-open. We had also offered an alternative temporary apartment on a lower floor where Greatview Estates could have had all paperwork organised in advance for you, but you opted to not take this offer. The delay on the lift being turned on then lead to the delay in the paperwork reaching you for your selected apartment. We assume the bad review has been left on our Google account as Greatview Estates do not have a Google business page and would appreciate it if you could re-assess your comments and remove this review. We are very sorry that you had experienced this issue with the other agents. Woodholls.

GoogleI've had a great experience with Ross & Grant with rental property. Both respond 24/7 to my requests even when minor. I found they provide a more personal service, where they are both concerned about the tenants comfort and needs. They also manage the property I rent so I deal with them weekly. Despite my continuous requests, they are forever patient and ensure my needs are met quickly. Highly recommend this dream team!
