As a first time buyer I’m so glad my experience of buying a property was with the MP team, particularly with Tracey she’s such an asset to the team. I didn’t really know where to start but Tracey referred me to my mortgage advisor, solicitor and surveyor which really helped. Couldn’t fault anything, lots of communication and advice along the way. MP and their connections made what felt like a really daunting prospect feel a lot easier so for that I’m really thankful and most importantly happy in my new home ☺️🏡

From the initial visit from Christian, the follow up by Mick, to the support by Tracey Gooda throughout the whole process, we received an outstanding and very professional service. We had viewers from day one, resulting in the 3rd viewers offering full asking price (within 10 days of our home being on the market). Better still, from the day of offer to the day of completion, it took just 9 weeks and 2 days. We couldn’t ask for anything more.

We have been extremely pleased with the services offered by Money Properties as buyers of one of their homes. Their representatives were punctual and that is not something that can be said for other Wymondham estate agents. We had a number of queries regarding the property and they were handled by Tracey Gooda. Tracey’s handling of our questions was always extremely efficient and she addressed all of our concerns. She combined efficiency with a lovely manner and it was always a pleasure to communicate with her. Her assistance made this stressful process much easier and it was a welcome change after dealing with far less competent people in other companies.

They made the whole process, from the first viewing of the property to completion, very straightforward! The communication between Money Properties and us was exceptional - we were involved every step of the way and Sam or Suzie were always on the end of the phone if we ever needed anything. Our purchase was dealt with by a charming and thoroughly professional young lady called Elise. Elise kept us continually up to date with all legal issues and liaised accurately and often with us regarding any concerns we had. Estate agents sometimes have a bad reputation, well not this one! We can thoroughly recommend Money Properties and the high standards that their staff maintain throughout the purchase process.

Elise was extremely helpful with all things related to the purchase of the property; communication was excellent with Elise updating me at all stages of the purchase. GoogleI was the buyer of a property managed by Money Properties in Attleborough. I have to say their customer service was exceptional. From the moment a price was agreed, Elise was all over it like a rash! She was constantly in touch with all parties, reporting back and updating me constantly by phone and email. Any query or request that I had, it was sorted. I felt like I was their client. It was only eight weeks from offer acceptance to completion and a lot of that was down to Elise. Sue and Sam were also brilliant, just a great professional friendly team there, if I ever want to sell, I shall certainly use them.
