Friendly, helpful, and warm - thank you!

Having found ourselves in scary circumstances after our landlords decided to sell, we have dealt with many Estate Agents in the last five weeks. I can say - hands down - that the people at H&H have been amazing, and treat you like humans not just numbers. Special thanks to Lou & Kelly, who are quick to reply and resolve any worries. Honestly...if you need an Estate Agent, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Would just like to thank everyone from H&H in Lutterworth, particularly Alison and Deborah. My husband and I received an outstandingly fast and professional service, which was no mean feat as it was right in the middle of the Covid restrictions. But I would especially like to comment on their friendliness and how much they put us at ease. Thank you guys. You made buying our dream home even more magical

I would like to thank Howkins & Harrison and Javed Rahman in particular for their professional service. Javed helped with everything. Both in finding the best property option and in designing documents. Everything was done quickly, well and professionally. I am very happy with my new place of residence. Javed also quickly and professionally resolved business matters (household matters) Definitely recommend Howkins & Harrison to his friends and colleagues. Thank you.

Howkins and Harrison are great.

A good efficient sales process. The post offer service was excellent. At least once a week I was informed of the progress of my buyer and their buyer. There was regular chasing of all professionals including lawyers, estate agents and mortgage brokers. Deborah Gray of Howkins was a star. The process would have taken far longer without her chasing.

Highly recommend Howkins & Harrison. Andy and the team did the work on the sale of our house, they advised us well, did the preparatory work promptly, managed the viewings and are managing the sale professionally. I have used them previously for a rental property and was always happy with the service they provided.

By far the best estate agent we have dealt with throughout the buying process. Amy has been so polite, helpful and in no way ‘pushy’ or off-putting like some others! Infact both of the agents we had communication with treated us with patience, as valued potential customers. We highly recommend this estate agents!

RE email from Alex

Email informative and in response spoke to Alex regarding the deposit money. Found Alex to be helpful and positive and suggested some quotes to put a value on the garden tidy up and clearance for the new tenant.

Very professional

We have viewed several properties with Howkins in Lutterworth and the attentiveness by the team, especially Ali has been fantastic. We are yet to find the perfect property but nothing seems too much trouble. Hopefully you can find us our dream home as compared to some others we have dealt with, you really are very professional.
