GoogleDidn't give me the opportunity to view a property for over a week and then cancelled my appointment! Very unhappy with the service and communication.
Hi Leanne. I am sorry that you are disappointed and understand your frustration. We were over run with requests for viewings for the property you were interested in. We booked the earliest possible viewing for you as we took bookings in the order that people called. Unfortunately the vendors accepted an offer today from another viewer. We called you and 5 other people also due to view within minutes of the offer being accepted. There is nothing much more we could have done, as Andy explained to you. We do not set out to disappoint and hope that you find somewhere soon.

We have rented through them for 6 years and have moved to another property through Howkins & Harrison recently. I would be very reluctant to rent through anyone else as they have been so helpful, informative and always ready to listen and advise.
