About Marsh Askew Road
Our Askew Road office, which opened in March 2014, is located in the heart of Askew Village, with Shepherds Bush to the east, Wendell Park to the west and Ravenscourt Park to the south. Working closely with our neighbouring Brook Green office, the team offers residential sales and lettings services in the Askew Road and surrounding area, including Acton, Shepherds Bush, Bedford Park, Chiswick, Ravenscourt Park, Wendell Park and Brackenbury Village. This booming area of West London offers a diverse range of property; from stunning family houses overlooking Wendell Park with their large gardens to architecturally designed maisonettes just a stone's throw from the vibrant Shepherds Bush market. The boutique-style shops and culinary delights appeal to all and the largest shopping centre in London is on the doorstep. With some of the best in London, families are also attracted by the stunning open spaces of Ravenscourt Park, which makes W12 and the surrounding areas one of West London's hot spots.

GoogleWe were very impressed with M & P but specifically with Ayah. She was kind, helpful and enthusiastic with helping us search for a flat. Although we didn’t end up getting a flat through M&P, Ayah’s assistance put us at ease and we will definitely use the services again when searching for our next flat.

GoogleAmazing agency, don't know what else to say. It wasn't easy to find a flat but the team at Marsh & Parsons done their best to get us a flat within our budget and other criteria. Due to the really busy market, things were a bit stressing but we feel very lucky to have dealt with them ! They followed up with us frequently by calls which is much easier than emails. That says a lot about how they take care of their customers

GoogleKlaudia Lukomska put a huge amount of effort into selling my flat. The development the flat was in had some negative aspects to it like ground rent but she was relentless in getting viewings through the door until eventually someone decided to go for it!

GoogleGreat service provided by Callum and Salim. Although the buyer of our property was causing problems, both Calum and Salim were able to communicate everything to us clearly. This really helped us manage things on our side. Considering moving houses is extremely stressful, Callum was able to keep us informed about the possible hurdles and advise us on what to expect.

GoogleLiving downstairs to a property they rent. Complained about the noise.They are extremely rude and arrogant and do not care one bit for anyone. All they care about is renting out the properties to anyone willing to pay and no way shape or form care how it effects anyone else. When you raise a complaint they pass on the buck to someone else and have to calling different departments. You need to speak to 7 / 8 people and if your lucky get through to the right person, even so they do nothing. It's all an act for potential clients. Totally unprofessional.....you should see the state the tenants leave the property / communal areas etc. Shambles!!

Hi there, we can confirm that the landlord of the property in question is aware of your complaints. We were quick to inform them of this and would like to refute your claims that we do not take care over the tenants we find for each property, as every tenant is cleared by a multi-step selection process and agreed to by the landlord.
