Requested by email for a valuation of my property on 2 occasions. Received confirmation somebody would call to arrange a time to suit.However ,no body called or got intouch after over a week.Lost trust to sell with reads rains due to lack of communication.I have used another agent.

Had my property on market with purple bricks for six months and not a sausage. Put Reeds Rains on to it and within 3 weeks it was sold for more than purple bricks wanted me to market it for. Worth the extra fees! They actually work for you. Well done.

TrustpilotVery unprofessional and incompetent.
Made an absolute shambles of our mortgage application, as a result i ended up blacklisted, received a full refund but that's of little help as i now can't move or remortgage.The incompetence of all their staff is on a whole new level, school children would have more clue!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
