As a buyer I was treated fairly and respectfully by Gareth, who takes the time to make sure realistic negotiations can take place without rushing through or dismissing questions. In a market of blind auctions and being treated awfully as a buyer, it’s good to know it’s still possible to phone an estate agent to talk things through, ask questions and not be fobbed off or ignored!
