Dear Mr Whitehouse- please write a true review. You have contacted L&A Lettings to complain of an overhanging tree from a property we mange (not own). The owner of the property is obtaining quotes to get it cut back, when really it is not bothering him, his property or his tenant, but as a good will gesture. We feel that we have done the right thing in keeping you updated on the progress in dealing with this issue. Having done all we can in good time and having kept you informed- if that classifies us as cowboys we all need riding lessons because we are happy with how our staff and landlord are dealing with this.
