Towerlands Park

We have recently bought a new home from Dandara on the Towerlands Park site and everything has been great from the very start. The service from both the team in the sales office and the site team has been brilliant. As first time buyers we had expected it to be a really daunting prospect but from the very first appointment we’ve had nothing but the best in terms of service and support. Jo and Catherine were great at going through everything with us, providing updates on the house and answering any questions that we had. The home demonstration with our site manager Adrian was really good and he’s been great ever since. Always just a call or message away if anything is needed. Ray has also popped in a few times to check on us and has always been really helpful too. Big thanks to the whole team and definitely we would strongly recommend!

My partner and I have been looking for our dream home before the new stamp duty comes into place. Dandara had the perfect house advertised on right move and we couldn’t jump at the opportunity. They had a deposit contribution offer when we purchased the house. Our agent Rebecca has been a star from the first moment we met her. She gives us updates as they come, very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to treat customers as they make the most important decision of their lives.She’s very invested in ensuring the customer journey is as smooth as possible and has done an excellent job so far while our house is being built.I can’t wait for the house to be completed. I found Oakwood Place by chance and I am so pleased I did! From the moment I walked into the sales office, Val and the whole Dandara team have been amazing, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The development is in a great setting and every aspect is well planned and considered. Further to my previous review- damp

Further to my previous review- damp, mould, etc... Email from Dandara 13th AUGUST stating someone would attend re issues earliest 12th SEPTEMBER. Yesterday 12th September phone call at 9am cancelling this appt that I'd waited a month for as operative was POORLY. Assured Amy! would be in touch directly to rebook. Not heard diddly squat, not even a courtesy email. Mould is now up the stairs- AVOID THESE COWBOYS. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT. I despise these so called replies- they mean nothing. All I have received from 'Amy' today are 2 emails that 'recall' emails...I have no idea what that means? All I have received are previous emails stating 'Amy Wells would like to recall the message' Absolute charlatans. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. INREPONSE TO THEIR WHOLLY INADEQUATE REPLY THAT JUST TICKS THEIR REPLY IN 48 HRS GUFFAmazing reply- so a company the size of Dandara has ONE person who deals with post move in problems, you wait a month to see him, then are cancelled on the day as he's unwell and there is no one else in the whole company who can fill in- SPEAKS VOLUMES ABOUT THEIR AFTERSALES. DO NOT TRUST THEIR SALES PEOPLE, WHO ARE LIARS ON COMMISSION AND WOULD SELL THEIR GRANDMAS IF IT PAID THEM - MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT BUY THEIR SHODDY, MOULD-INFESTED HOUSES. 4 STAR BUILDER- IT'S CORRUPT. WHO'S GETTING BACKHANDERS HERE? WORSE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. THIS WAS A DOWNSIZE MOVE AND I RUE THE DAY I EVER PUT MY TRUST IN DANDARA- ABSOLUTE AND UTTER CHARLATANS.

Great sales appointment and decent build quality

It was a great first appointment with Rebecca at Abbots Place. The skills and knowledge around the property, Rebecca was clear and concise in providing right and required information during the visit. The development was good anyway but the way it was presented, much different to other developments we visited. Appreciate the first hand knowledge thanks. After seeing many developments, the build quality of this development is much better, even small things, the quality is definitely a big plus.

Outstanding help finding an apartment

Signed up with Dandara as one of 5 agencies to look for a property in Jersey, of which 3 responded. Brendan was one of them: he contacted me about a couple of possibilities and showed me around them both. He was helpful, informative and realistic about the state of the market and although I liked one of the properties, there was prior interest and I didn't get it. I asked to be kept in mind for anything similar but wasn't expecting a miracle. Two weeks later, Brendan called me out of the blue to say that the prior interest had had to withdraw. A week further on, the contract is signed and I'll be moving in a few weeks from now - I'm delighted. It is rare to encounter this combination of active communication/personal service, integrity and market knowledge and I can wholeheartedly recommend Brendan and Dandara to anyone looking for a property in Jersey.

So many issues where to start..

So many issues where to start... You are supposed to spot everything to do with windows, carpets, sanitary ware, kitchen in a 7 day period- they make you sign a form before they hand over the keys- is this even legal? Fine at first but once you have completed initial NHBC questionnaire their tune changes overnight. I am shocked and so appalled that I no longer want to live in my house- notice I no longer think of it as home. I have green and black mould in the living room, hall and hall cupboards- despite doing as advised- trickle vents open, windows almost permanently open, fans used and all washing dried outside. There is only me showering and breathing. Have contacted them on numerous occasions, via site manager initially who just told me that it had rained a lot. Emails to customer care generate auto responses- the only proper response I've had was after I made a complaint about front grass and the courtesy cut I received because it was too long for me to cut- they churned up the grass and left deep channels of top soil showing- I was informed it was my fault as I had not maintained it properly!!!I have mould upstairs too- not in the ensuite or bathroom but in the bedroom- the windows are permanently open and the mould is on the skirting boards- no furniture in front. The next door house which is unsold has had all its skirting boards removed and the plaster stripped from the walls - I saw them covered in green mould in the skip outside. When I pointed this out, I was told this was a different issue as the heating hadn't been on!!! It's summer- no one here has had their heating on. I moved from a newbuild house to this one and I had no mould issues there- and I moved in in Dec 2019 in the depths of a wet and cold winter- then lockdown when everyone was trapped at home. It's their attitude that gets me- beware once they have your money they just don't care. I will never buy a Dandara house again and I would advise others to avoid them too. I have been here less than 3 months and I can't wait to get away.

Dandara Saxons review

Dandara Saxon's site were amazing from the beginning. Jo and Kelly were welcoming from the go, we looked at a handful of sites in the area but didn't get the same connection as we did with the team at Saxons. They were always on hand for any of my questions and kept us updated throughout. The development is fantastic and doesn't feel over crowded which is ideal. I would recommend viewing this site and speaking to Jo and Kelly to anyone.

The Meadows

Saturday 3rd August we visited The Meadows new builds in Wymeswold where we had an appointment with their office manager Bradley, who was so amazing. He was a mindful of information about each and every beautiful house that's being built by Dandara.Bradley was so patient and courteous with all the many and perhaps ridiculous questions we asked of him, nothing was too much trouble, even though other clients were arriving whilst we were outstaying our welcome. Amazing experience with Brendan at Dandara

I have always seen Dandara from a distance and from a distance the company appeared professional and classy. Truly they are professional and classy because I had an exceptional experience with the company. Upon meeting Brendan, who showed me around the apartment I was interested in, I was almost certain that I would take the apartment. He was extremely welcoming and provided a detailed tour, offering detailed information about the apartment. Brendan was very prompt in responding to my emails, which made me feel like a priority. He was readily available to provide clarifications and guidance whenever we requested it.I had a really good experience with the company and I gladly recommend their service.

Renting and purchasing with Dandara

I rented a new 2 bedroom Dandara apartment at Westmount, Jersey, through Dandara’s rental management team in 2018 for around a year. I found the apartment to be constructed to a really high standard and enjoyed living there.At the time, Metropol, Jersey was being constructed with similar style apartments and I decided to purchase a 2 bedroom apartment in 2019 to live in. I still enjoy living there 5 years later.Additionally, I purchased a 1 bedroom Metropol apartment in 2019 to lease out through Dandara’s rental team. The service from the team has always been excellent. Throughout the period I have owned this apartment they have found good tenants without any vacant periods.

Pearmain Place

I stopped by Pearmain Place on Monday as my mum is looking to move to the area. Tommy was so helpful and patient - his local knowledge is exceptional and due to our shared love of walking he recommended some lovely areas around walshes park and the Ashdown Forest. Sadly I hear he hasn't actually managed to finish one of his charity walks (due to a rogue toenail I believe) but luckily he's a better salesman than athlete and mum can't wait to visit when she's next in East Sussex. Having visited other Builders show homes and plots, we decided to check out Dandara homes at Abbots Place, MK. We loved the show home which gave us an insight of the quality of the built and the fixtures and fittings offered. We liked it a lot and also one of the plot for the house. Wallace View Development Dunblane

I have just moved into the Wallace View development in Dunblane and have had nothing but a positive experience from Dandara. The house is as I expected it would be (from seeing the immaculately finished show home), and I have complete faith that John and his team will make sure any of the minor (and expected in any new build) snagging is addressed swiftly. Everyone on the site has been extremely pleasant, and respectful, as well as offering help without it even being asked for. It’s made my first week in a new home a very positive experience, and I am extremely appreciative to everyone.

From the moment we stepped into the office at Pearman Place, we received a warm welcome from Becky and the team. We had a chance to discuss what we were looking for and all possible options. Becky showed us around a potential property. We found her knowledgeable and informative - definitely no hard sell (the house sold itself!) which we appreciated.
