GoogleBarratt’s have failed to complete snags in my new property, decorators they sent round refused to use dust extraction when sanding down the entire house , even though I had a new born in the house at the time.
The gardens are an absolute mess , they sprinkle topsoil on top of clay , bricks and other rubbish that blows into the plots.
The management in the south east are rude , ignorant and have no professionalism what so ever. I regret buying from Barratt’s , I would strongly recommend everyone take their hard earned money elsewhere.
AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs.
They are your best friend before your mortgage completes , after that you are on your own

GoogleWe Purchased our home feb last year, nice view but that's about it, we was unhappy with the finishing of the property from the outset. we've had: missing shower heads!, leaky taps, light switches connected up wrong, wonky work tops, damaged cupboards/doors, rough brick work, rough mastic joints, poor decoration, roof tiles falling off on several occasions! and now due to the storm and Barrat's poor design and installation methods we have lost over 20 roof tiles and Barrat's are not accepting responsibility for all of the damaged houses on discovery drive that are in the same position. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! 1 star not 5!
