My partner and I were total novices when it came to selling our property. We got in touch with Andrew and co and everything after that was history. From valuation through to the final stage, they have been out of this world. We dealt with Chris and Matt mainly and have to say, if it wearnt for them guys, we wouldn't be where we are today, selling our home and moving to our dream location and home, thank you Andrew and co.

Andrew came round and explained the whole sales process very well. Everything Andrew said would happen actually did, the quickness of the sale, the price (which the buyers actually increased), and the speed - the sale happened within 24 hours! We were so impressed with Andrew and Co and would definitely recommend,

Andrew was quick to book a time to visit and value my late father's house for sale. He was professional, keen and confident that he could sell the house quickly. I could not be there to show the house as I live away, but he happily said the staff would do the viewings in my absence. His valuation was high compared to other agents but he convinced me that he could achieve the price so I signed with him. He was quick to set the process in motion and there as a line of potential buyers the following day! I was equally impressed when the property had a full asking price offer after only four days.!! I am happy to recommend him as a first class agent.
