GoogleI have recently purchased a commercial property in Fordingbridge using The Guy Simmonds. I found the agent Marc Blackford to be very professional and always very helpful. As a buyer I had lots of questions and so did my solicitor. Marc was able to obtain all the necessary information quickly, enabling the purchase to take place within a short time. I am now looking for another commercial property to use the same agency for the management of the buy ... again l cannot fault there experience and friendly service

GoogleWe recently sold our Peak District pub through Guy Simmonds and it was the best choice we could have made. Richard Fletcher supported us through every step of the way. It was a steep learning curve for us as we were creating a lease for the first time and were completely unaware of what it entailed.
Richard patiently listened to our questions and anxieties and provided us with the information and advise that we needed in a friendly, reassuring and professional manner. He contacted us regularly and kept us informed of progress and was always on hand if we needed him, guiding us through every stage. We completed the sale with our sanity intact and a smile on our faces thanks to Richard and following completion he checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. We couldn't have asked for better.

I had tried to sell for 3 years through the internet and avoiding fees - how wrong I was.
