From the taking of the photos to the communication about the process of selling my house, everything has been really professional and they are up to date with all the modern advances in the Estate Agency world. Katie, who did the initial appraisal, was excellent, clear about the process, expectations and how things work in the new Covid world. I also had a recent viewing on my property with Michelle. Throughout the process, all of the team were extremely professional and personable. The property we sold through Sawdye and Harris was not a straight forward home, but all aspects of the sale and negotiation were dealt with tactfully we feel that we achieved optimum results both for ourselves and the buyers. The staff have many local contacts and were able to bridge the gap between solicitors efficiently. Viewings and negotiations were hindered by the COVID-19 pandemic but Katie, Michelle and the team were able to keep things moving at a good pace throughout. I would like to thank them all for their efforts and would recommend them for selling a home or inheritance to anyone.
