FacebookWe bought our new home through Fidler Taylor Ashbourne. There was a very small chain and all parties wanted a quick and smooth process. The staff at FT understood this and acted /communicated promptly with vendors and solicitors when needed so we completed in 9 weeks!

GoogleI would whole heartily recommend Fidler and Taylor as a trustworthy estate agent. From our first instruction to sell to completion took less than six months, thanks to John Taylor and his excellent team. They organised and managed the viewings for us when Covid made life difficult. We felt supported and well looked after throughout, kept informed every step of the way. Should we need an estate agent in the future Fidler and Taylor will be the first to know.

GoogleRecently completed a complex purchase for my father, involving retirement housing and shared ownership. Throughout the process, Fidler Taylor were incredibly supportive, making a challenging transaction much easier to manage. Jo, in particular, was brilliant, keeping on top of everything, assisting with the solicitors, and ensuring the process stayed on track. When issues arose due to our....difficult...solicitors, Jo stepped in, liaised directly with the vendor and their solicitors, and helped push things forward. She was always on hand to support and did a fantastic job from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fidler Taylor.

GoogleAbsolutely first class service. I would definitely recommend Fidler Taylor and would 100% use them again. John and the owner, Joanne who was our ‘go to’ and the rest of the team were lovely, sympathetic and proactive in helping us with the sale of our property. It was definitely a long winded sale but with the help of Jo it definitely helped take some of the stress and anxiety away. She went above and beyond for us and kept trying to see what the hold ups were down the chain (we were at the top) to help us find out what was going I . GoogleI have rented a house of these for three years , went away for the weekend came back and the landlady whos name is Margaret Sutton was in my home, needless to say I have reported them for Tresspassing!!! She had gone on my facebook , saw that I was away when she decided to go in to my home without notice despite me following procedures. She is related to the business owner and believes she has got this right for some reason.

GoogleBooked a viewing with Fiddler Taylor Ashbourne. Travelled all the way from London to Brailsford to view a property. Despite phoning the agent I was left waiting outside the property for an hour. Landlord never arrived and no update call from the agent. I went to the office to find out what had happened. No apology from the agent or the landlord. Very unimpressed at a wasted 7 hour round trip! I hope they do better for other potential clients.

GoogleI have rented through fidler my previous tenancy and everything ok at the beginning . When moving Home they were sending the new possible tenants at my door to see the house ,I agreed but I knew how very rude and unprofessional that is. And to top it up I had to chase them a bit for my deposit which it wasn't cool.

GoogleHorrible experience with fiddler and taylor would never recommend them to anyone! They don't communicate with you properly, never get back to you or keep you updated with any information. No customer care what so ever. Stay well away, there are plenty more Estate agents in Ashbourne who are more helpful.
