We bought our last property off Bagshaws LLP Ashbourne. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite and friendly. Rebecca was an absolute delight showing us around the property on several occasions, excellent level of knowledge about the property and area. Nothing appeared too much trouble. Definately recommended.

I engaged Bagshaws to sell a property with land for me. Their knowledge and experience in this field was spot on. Paul was very professional and the ladies in the office were amazing. Always helpful and at the end of the phone for a chat regarding updates etc.

It's often said that moving home is a traumatic experience and I can't argue with that. All one can do is try to mitigate the stress which comes mainly from the sale of property. Key to this is recruiting an agent that is honest, realistic and helpful, a company that understands the need to plan and will give you an assessment of your property and situation that enables you to do just that. Bagshaws Ashbourne branch did so for me, which resulted in a prompt sale. Inevitably, problems did arise but they were resolved in a professional manner. Their local knowledge and communication skills proved invaluable and resulted in a transaction that satisfied the parties involved. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering either buying or selling a property.

I cannot rate the level of service that we received at Bagshaws in Ashbourne highly enough. We had to sell my late mother’s house and had to go through the process of probate and they supported us throughout the whole process.

Friendly and helpful, but if I was a vendor I wouldn't be happy for a potential buyer to leave with a property's details, but not to be asked for their contact details.
