GoogleFantastic company to deal with from various aspects. I have had to deal with the sunningdale branch for many different reasons, Lettings, sales and general property management and I have to say they are on point with every detail. They have helped make my customer relations a smooth transaction and process which I’m sure we all want in life. The assistance of sales of properties was also amazing with no end to the help and guidance they give. Savills should be sure to keep Lauren in particular as it was this young lady who (in my eyes) made all this possible. We’ve had tough issues to deal with , even out of hours but not once did Lauren complain. A real asset. So anyone wanting sales, Lettings or any other property issue, this is the team to deal with it and make your life easy by far

GoogleWe cannot be happier with all the help we received from Millie and Charles. It is one thing selling a house in a booming market but in a stagnant market, keeping buyers and sellers on board over months during probate, you really find your agents worth. We would not hesitate to recommend them as they really were the difference between selling the house and not.

GoogleWe found Savills by chance on the internet when selling my mother-in-laws house and connected with Karen as soon as we met her. She understood our situation, having been in one similar herself. She was informative and not at all pushy and immediately put us at ease. She even had conversations with my wife in the evenings, from home, outside office hours! Karen was ably assisted by an amazing team - Billy, Frazer and Charlie who supported us through every step of our sale. This was made more challenging when my mother-in-laws sale fell through. The team were really good at keeping us updated and as a result we built up an excellent working relationship. We would have no hesitation in recommending Savills to any prospective buyers or sellers.

GoogleIt was an unfortunate start and things did go wrong but luckily we eventually sold the house for a reasonable price thanks to lots of help from Savills who stayed with us. It got very stressful at times because of delays etc. Would recommend this company of course.

I've been both tenant (and landlord) with numerous agencies over the years and never had I met a more committed, competent and personable negotiator. Often tenants are treated as the last priority/a cash cow - but not with Susan. Indeed, the whole team has offered an experience markedly above the norm - thank you - it makes all the difference for a happy tenancy for me and my family.

GoogleFrazer was immense and very helpful during the whole process. The process was long winded and tough which wasn’t Frazer’s Fault ( the long process of buying and selling in England) but Frazer remained calm and diligent during the process. Excellent communication and always at hand either email or phone. Couldn’t ask for me from a very competent estate agent.

Googlemoved out 25 days ago, still haven't got the 9k deposit back! no communication, they have been getting quotes for 20 days for a screw hole in the wall!

However, we are disappointed that despite our best efforts and continuous open and regular communication with you that you remain dissatisfied with our responses to your requests surrounding the deposit return process. We have explained during our conversations and email correspondence, Savills have acted inline with our processes and those outlined in the deposit return process. Whilst I understand you are not in agreement with the Landlords claim on the deposit, we have advised, Savills act as a facilitator between yourself and the landlord and have tried to assist you both in coming to a resolution and agreement. You have now raised your dispute with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme who will adjudicate, in the absence of an agreement between yourself and the Landlord. We continue to remain available to you to answer any questions and would encourage you to reach out to me directly to resolve any continued concerns in a respectful and reasonable manner. llane@savills.com.
