She had an honest conversation with us at the start about realistic pricing and made herself available on WhatsApp, text and call for queries throughout. She worked hard to get viewings with suitable potential buyers and managed expectations appropriately. Lisa supported us through exchange and completion and helped to push the various stakeholders to keep everything on track. Where I cannot thank her enough, was post completion, when we faced issues at the new home. Lisa went above and beyond to help us in resolving the issues, something which was completely out of her remit but an invaluable support nonetheless. Thank you Lisa.
