Be prepared for LOT'S of niggly snags that could easily have been resolved by a COMPETENT inspection before handover.
Also, be aware that speeding contractors vehicles on un-finished roads create a cloud of dust that sticks to everything it touches, especially windows, parked residents cars and general external building finishes. Be prepared to clean windows at least once a week.
Despite protests from residents, a refusal to apply a speed limit.
Changes to landscaping without notification could also be a subject of misrepresentation.
Assistant site manager very helpful but senior levels uninterested.

We are very happy here at Ryebank Gate with our new house. We found Tracy and Maria in the Sales office to be particularly helpful and supportive throughout the purchasing process. We visited many developments in the search for a new home and Ryebank Gate has proved to be an excellent choice.
