As a first-time buyer, buying a house can be quite daunting, especially when there are so many processes and terms that you’re unfamiliar with. Derek was incredibly helpful throughout the process, taking the time to explain things clearly and guide me through each stage. He was also very generous with his time during my second viewing. Rather than simply getting caught up in the excitement and emotion of buying my first home, Derek helped me take a step back and focus on the practical considerations and potential costs, which I found really valuable. He also gave me some helpful advice when it came to choosing a solicitor, which made the process feel much more manageable. Overall, I really appreciated Derek’s patience, knowledge and willingness to help. As a first-time buyer, having someone who was approachable and willing to take the time to explain things made a big difference. I would definitely recommend Derek and Cubitt & West Arundel.

My partner went through Cubitt and West (Arundel) to sell her flat after changing from a previous estate agent. Rosie was fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable and great service. She got us far more viewings and even an offer. We didnt end up selling due to a change or circumstances, but that doesn't change the praise Rosie deserves. When we go to sell again, we will be back!

I felt motivated to leave a review as having gone through the process of marketing my home with Rosie and the team at C&W, I fully appreciate the effort that went into it. It's a challenge to consistently make a service feel personal in any customer facing business but in the estate agency business; with the workload they have ? Wow, I'm honestly blown away by the work ethic. I am a business owner myself. Rosie was honest from the outset, from the valuation to the strategy, her advice was proved to be spot-on and substantiated with market evidence. In summary a thoroughly hard-working and professional individual who is extremely personable and a credit to the company . There is no question i will use her and the team in my next property acquisition.

First off, this should be no stars. I arranged to view 2 properties in the Yapton area both confirmed by email, I arrived 30 mins before the due time of 3pm at the first property and waited till 3.30, I phoned office and spoke to them and they said no bookings in diary for either property. I asked for manager to call me back and instead an hour later the sales rep who should have showed me round phoned me and said her car had broken down and she had left her mobile in the office so either she is lying or the person who took my call earlier is. I won't go into all the other excuses she gave on a public forum. What makes this worse is that this is not the first time that this same person has done this to me, approx 2 months ago she did the same at another property we had arranged to view and when I contacted her after waiting for 30mins outside that property she said she had forgotten to put the booking in the diary. I am not local, it's at least a 2 hour drive each way for us. Disappointed is an understatement especially as I asked for the manager to call me back and he hasn't had the courtesy to do so. So why on earth would anyone want to deal with this chain of estate agents is beyond me.

We viewed a property this week, and have to say, Tiffany is an absolute joy. Not only was the house exactly what we're looking for, Tiffany make the viewing seamless and you can tell is such a genuine, kind person. Having been an agent for 6 years myself previously, she is a rare find and you are lucky to have her! Nothing was too much trouble, she came back to all of our questions in under 24 hours and didn't apply any pressure. She helped us overcome potential obstacles with lots of ideas, and just completed the viewing experience for us. Thank you Tiffany! We hope to be able to continue working with you and put an offer in later on this week all being well. If this property doesn't work out, we'll certainly be asking for Tiffany for future viewings!

I can highly recommend Derek, Rosie and Nick at Cubitt & West in Arundel to help you with your move. They have all be very professional, kind and extremely helpful with everything. There were a few sticking points along the way in the chain which caused some delays in the process, but they were always there every step of the way keeping me updated regularly and providing some much needed reassurance and support for the wobbly moments. They really looked after me at a very stressful time in my life and genuinely care about their clients.

I instructed them in connection with the sale of a family property and was impressed with the service provided throughout the transaction. In particular, their branch partner, Derek Weston gave very thorough advice as to the asking price, a purchaser was found quite quickly and the property sold in a timely fashion at a price negotiated by C&W slightly higher than the asking price. Rosie Hewitt at Cubitt & West Arundel is absolutely exceptional, she's not an estate agent, she's a "home matchmaker". I wasn't just a "buyer", I was a "project" that she invested time, energy and heart in. I had a personal tragedy and needed to get a new place to live in, a new start as it were and Rosie treated me as a friend not a client. She took note of what I said, what my needs and wants were, then promised to find me a "home" not a house to inhabit and she absolutely came through for me in every way. I am now renovating the property she found for me and then nursed through the trials and tribulations of home buying. I cannot praise her enough and I'm indebted to her for persevering with me when things were tense and then making sure I achieved the perfect "home" for me to relax and enjoy life in. Thank you Rosie, you are a star...you also have cake and tea for life whenever you come to visit my new abode.

We are due to complete on our first home next week (very exciting!!) and all in all it has been a very smooth process. This is thanks to the fantastic service we have received from the teams at both the Arundel and Pulborough branches. Kevin, Jessie, Nick, Derek and Rosie were all fantastic! Special thanks to these 3 in particular: Kevin- who took us on countless viewings until we found our perfect home, including showing us listings that hadn't made it to the site yet! Also very helpful with explaining the process to us as we were a bit clueless as first time buyers. Jessie- who went above and beyond with our mortgage application, there was an error on the system which meant she couldn't submit it and stayed working till 10pm to make sure we got our rates locked in. Also was (and still is) always willing and happy to answer any questions we had. Jessie is definitely someone who is passionate about her job and it really shows. Nick- For going the extra mile to progress the sale and keep us informed every step of the way. We used the mortgage advisor and conveyancer services Cubitt and West offer and I wouldn't hesitate to use these again, would highly recommend!
