GoogleFrom the initial valuation, right through to the completion of the sale, the whole team at Glyn Jones have been brilliant. They asked questions about the property that other estate agents didn't think of that would help with my sale, and took time to look around the property properly. They then communicated regularly with myself and my buyer and liased with the solicitors, often doing some of the solicitors work for them. I really cannot fault Glyn Jones and would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleVery pleased with the Littlehampton office Mr. Thompson was professional, responsive and understanding of my situation of being based abroad. Always willing to assist and guiding with the process. I would highly recommend.

GoogleI bought my property with Glyn-Jones in 2008 and I have just sold my property with them too. They have always been easy to contact and happy to help. Steve has been a real advocate throughout the sale and has been an excellent intermediary between us and our buyer. Would highly recommend.

GoogleLeft us in a damp house where door handles don’t even stay on despite replacing several times as the property is so damp. Black mould has resulted in both my young children being prescribed steroid inhalers and constantly in and out of hospital this agency just don’t care! We’ve had builders in our property atleast once a month for the nearly 2 years we’ve lived here. Had builders in our house completely ripping walls out using heavy machinery and wouldn’t find us other accommodation so for 6 weeks we had to live in a building site with two children under 2. If you value your children’s health and your own mental health I’d give it a miss! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

GoogleExcellent Professional Service. Steve Jenkins the Lettings Manager is a consummate professional. He and his team have managed my portfolio of properties of some years, and have also provided with me an excellent level of service. Nothing is too much trouble, and they regularly go above and beyond to provide me a 5 star service. Would highly recommend.

GoogleRichard was really supportive and had great knowledge whilst we were looking for a new home. He also demonstrated great professionalism and kept us informed straight away when moving forward with completing our move. He was also really flexible with us having viewings whilst selling our house with me managing a part time job and a toddler.

GoogleI have just completed on the sale of my flat in Littlehampton. Having dealt with Glyn Jones for the sale, they have been upfront, professional and attentive to getting my sale completed. I would recommend them for sales, but also, I would recommend them for lettings too (as they were my managing agents for the past 2 years).

GoogleExcellent service from Steven, sold our flat within a week of being on a very difficult market. Helped when needed especially tying up loose ends nearing exchange. Definitely use Steven and his team again, the only Estate Agent to use in Littlehampton in our opinion judging by our own experience with a previous local estate agent.

GoogleGlyn Jones have managed the letting of our flat for several years. We have always found their service to be very good. Most recently, Sam has been handling the change from one tenant to another. He has kept us informed about the search for a new tenant and has offered sound advice where it was needed.

GoogleWe previously used these Estate Agents to sell another property back in 2011-2012 and were very impressed with the service we received. So much so that when we sold another property in December 2022, we returned to Glyn-Jones and received the same high level of service. I would definitely recommend them. Their communication was very good and eagerness to assist with any matter was brilliant. A pleasant experience from start to finish. Thank you Glyn-Jones!
