GoogleFrom all of the landlords and agencies I had in the past 11 years of Ireland, they were by far the worst. They will not do their part unless you keep pushing on a daily basis. Passive aggressive behavior, 'nothing is my responsibility' attitude. When I left, I had to open a case on RTB to get my deposit back because they simply wouldn't give it. I wish you luck if you're a tenant with them and one extra tip: Have everything documented by email or paper. Phone arrangements will not be followed by them.

FacebookForbes and Boyle have been looking after our property for 5 years since we moved out of Ireland. Christine helped us a great deal to rent it and manage the relation with the tenants to make it 100% hassle free for someone who is remote. Tasks are executed in a very professional manner and quickly. We were even helped when things gone wrong with the insurance coverage and that was a blessing to have someone looking after that. I can only recommend them. Your rental will be hassle free.
