We didn't use Haart for our sale, however our purchase was with them. All I can say is they were absolutely fantastic by supporting us every step of the way. Something I have learnt is solicitors are useless and without Shannon, we would still be waiting for them to pull their finger out. She was great. Dallas in particular was great, my mum passed away during the process which was a massive shock but the continued support from Dallas really made the process a lot easier. Postcode: DE1 The worst agency ever. I signed a contract with them on April. After a month the boiler stopped working n didn't have a hot water for three months. I called them they said we only take the rent. Once I stopped paying the rent the boiler was fixed. Couldn't take if anymore ad the flat was in a horrible start especially when it started getting cold. Mould water dripping from the walls... After I left I asked for my deposit and they replied you'll have to get it from your landlord even though I payed it to them. I'll rather stay homeless than renting out from them. landlord wants to keep 570pounds deposit and haart can't do anything about it

Awful experience of selling my house with Haart. I had people turning up at my door asking for viewings as they had phoned and left messages with Haart and they had not returned their calls. Ended up doing viewings myself. Staff blatantly ignored instructions on when they should call me. Avoid selling your house with Haart

Not worth one star

Been a Haart tenant for a year now. I moved to Loughborough from the U.S and found out that the property I agreed on renting was falsely advertised online. The bathroom drawers were broken, the fireplace and microwave were not operating. and chairs were unfit to sit on. Having paid a cleaning fee, I was shocked to find piles of trash hidden underneath the sofas. To make matters worse, I found out that there were rat feces in the boiler room. Currently, I have been waiting for five months for someone to come and fix the collapsed fence, and three months to fix the laundry machine. I have been spending a tremendous amount of time writting e-mails to the property manager, Rami, and trying to make those people do the job they are paid to do. Having to deal with such unethical and lying individuals is very painful.

Very terrible of an company, I buy through their company and accept the OFFER, and then a third day called JAMES staff called to sell to another buyer, because that person out of the higher, without notice to me When I accept the OFFER forced to sell to another person, his behavior as if the house must be sold to another person Yes, do not know how much benefit from the hands of the other person to get What is immoral professional behavior, I And increase to higher than the original price, he still does not sell ,very very terrible intermediary
